Our Story
Juntu entered Ethiopia's new energy vehicle market as the local distributor for GAC Group, officially unveiling the GAC JUNTU Flagship Showroom in Addis Ababa in March 2026 alongside four pure-electric models — AION UT, AION V, HYPTEC HT and HYPTEC HL. The 2,300 square metre facility became the most advanced EV experiential showroom in the country, built on a full "4S" model covering sales, spare parts, service and customer support.
Months later, Juntu expanded its portfolio by partnering with Chery Group to introduce the OMODA and JAECOO brands, opening a dedicated JUNTU-OMODA-JAECOO Showroom and After-Sales Service Center in the Nifas Silk Lafto sub-city — bringing the OMODA E5 and JAECOO J5 EV to Ethiopian roads.
Today Juntu operates as a comprehensive automotive hub: vehicle sales, specialized EV maintenance, and direct access to genuine spare parts, all under one roof — solving the infrastructure anxiety that has historically held back EV adoption in Ethiopia.
